Physical Activity
On average, our participants receive approximately 200 minutes of physical activity per day.
Activities include: Various traditional sports, nature hikes, team building, swimming, pool games, and walking/running on track.
Academic Instruction
Our participants receive the following enrichment classes to improve in their academics and other aspects of their life.
Reading, Math, Science, Health and Nutrition, Financial Literacy, and Drug & Alcohol Prevention
New Experiences
Our participants are provided the following experiences in efforts to promote an active lifestyle.
These age appropriate activities include: Scuba Diving in university pool, Ropes Course, Kayaking, Windsurfing, and Horseback Riding.
Higher Education
Our participants are exposed to various university related programs in efforts to inspire higher education.
University Tours Include: Biology Department, Engineering Department, Kinesiology Department, Music Department and Nursing Department
